Call Medicaid Managed Care at 877-711-3662 or go to www.flmedicaidmanagedcare.com and choose a plan that we accept and choose Dr. Renuart as your child’s Primary Care Physician. See the list of plans we accept on the Insurance tab.

Allow 1-2 months or longer for this change to become effective.
